I start with pizza... end with calzone. The "launch" eludes me. I'm too over bearing with the sauce.

Skitty gluten free pie from last weekend.
His first attempt using King Arthur gluten free flour.
Was most excellent in my opinion.

Gluten free crusts are difficult to get to taste like regular pie but I know folks who can’t eat breads enjoy it. I’ve tried a few recipes but they never have satisfied me as a replacement . The truth is that if you use the best toppings on that gluten free crust you’ll still enjoy an amazing “pizza” and not just a cracker with stuff on it. Hahahha.

We use cairnsprings local grown and milled flour. Bianco diNapoli tomatoes from CA and Ferndale farmstead mozza (also local)

Do you watch the barsrool pizza reviews. That meat head eats a lot of pizza and has plenty to say about it.

Tonight I’m making 2 pies for the 4 of us. My wife and I will get a Detroit style with salty Italian meats, black olives and red onions and the kids will get half no cheese extras peperoni and half meat lovers.

Bud came to visit last WE and brought all his pizza makin' gear and made four nice pies. I have left over cheeses, tomato so I bought dough at the bakery and hope to make pie tomorrow. At the least it will warm the hut.
