RR's Pizza madness

Skitty gluten free pie from last weekend.
His first attempt using King Arthur gluten free flour.
Was most excellent in my opinion.

Gluten free crusts are difficult to get to taste like regular pie but I know folks who can’t eat breads enjoy it. I’ve tried a few recipes but they never have satisfied me as a replacement . The truth is that if you use the best toppings on that gluten free crust you’ll still enjoy an amazing “pizza” and not just a cracker with stuff on it. Hahahha.
