Lp grow room

That crazy larry room is a big concern now lol turns out its been on 14hrs of light by accident!

Getting so close to lights but im determined to not take a loss lol . Im gonna slam it to 10 hrs light and bend branches if i have to ..even 20kg of pre roll grade is like 50k $

Rest is going well . Ready to run rooms of tres sister , cement shoes and more

Grew 10 tres sister
Found 8 females

Like 3 of them

Narrowed to 2

Gonna grow a room of 300 of each to really decide

Got our first 2 purchase orders in

Totals around 110k for about 44kg of flower

We took a hit on one batch for advertising
Sold larry flower 15kg for 1.54g to have made into rosin where they feature grower and sold across canada

Supply agreement is for 3.5/g and we must have min 30kg every 3 months of granola funk flower that meets their spec of 22% thc 3% terps

They feature the grower as well

Then we might do a deal with lobohemp to make cannagars with our flower another feature the grower thing . And their first product ever in canada.

Lots of fun as im doing all these deals [emoji23]

The reason for all this advertisment and co labs is because we cannot advertise by law..and getting products on to OCS isnt easy and they reject a lot. By the time we make a jar with our name on it...
We will have been published in grower fearures on there 2-3x..
You cant pay to have your ad on OCS.

When we go to register " county quicksand" aka cement shoes , new to canadian market. We will have already been published on OCS as featured grower for a couple premium products. It will make it much much easier to get "in" to OCS. Then we hit much bigger margins than the B2B sales model we are operating in now.

Peace

Larry is a pain to grow ( lanky og) but can fill in well. Also tests high which makes money in this stupid market. Just harvested big room and its just over 400kg wet. Really testing our drying room and rack system.

Im hoping it tests 25% + and yields 80kg
Then we might stand to get 3.75g which will help pay for new employees. We need more help. Got a lot of trimming to do and always cleaning.

Room of tres sister is flowering now!!

Peace

No offence…but Larry looks unhappy! Nute burn, foxtailing…both signs that things are not yet dialled in with that strain.

Yes i agree 100%.
I do not have much time to dial in anything when short on workers and trying to do so much. The well water is a challemge. Selling bulk , buyers only care about the thc % and how many kgs you have.

Dont plan to grow larry much more. Need to focus on our own varieties moving forward.

Its not bad harvest if we clear 250k on the sale [emoji6]

Peace

First grow in a new room is commissioning process as well. This room with 3x AC units couldnt go below 65% RH , that can cause some issues as you know.

Yeah im a stupid cash cropper now ...i know
This industry is hard on growers. Really super jaded and keep talking about starting a micro where things are simpler..

The micros are coming…and they’re setting the bar very high. Smaller batch, superior strains, superior nute regime, no spray of anything ever, bio pest control…etc. Current LP’s better step up their game!

Yeah we’re dialing in our rooms too…. RH is down past 50% and spikes up to 70% when lights turn off. AC doesn’t humidify and dehumidifiers take about 30 mins to get it under control. Just got some RO’s and humidifiers for the rooms and have our exhaust fans on timers. Hope that curves the spikes and brings everything back into the right ranges.
In this market I would hate hiring employees I would rather buy equipment until I have some real cash flow. But yeah we feel like janitors not growers right now and there’s nothing wrong with that. Cleaning is probably the most important thing. And one of the most overlooked aspects of a grow. It’s the paperwork afterworld that’s a bitch haha. Still getting used to that.

Also, our orius took care of the thrip problem. It’s probably one of the biggest assets in our grow right. Now.
I cycled Botanigard, kopa, and Suffolk every 3 days for 3 weeks. In veg…. Thrips were at infestation levels going into flower. The sprays had minimal effect.
One batch of swirskii satchets and 2 applications of orius and there cut down to control levels within 2 weeks. Very happy with bio controls.

Yeah ive never sprayed for thrips .just bugs every 8 weeks to rooms that arent almost done.

Spray for mildew a lot . Zerotol one last time about 3wks into flower. Use regalia and other organic stuff in veg but in big room use big guns.

Ghost drops is just big cannabis buying micro and packaging it . Ok maybe they helped some ppl get micro license , not sure on their " legacy" connections.
Ive spoken with their ceo in his last job at ignite and he is a huge corporate douche.

We will get to the point we have no nute burn, but this shit takes time

Tres sister #9
No nute burn yet but give me a few weeks [emoji1787]
She looks much easier to grow than larry so far , larry has special needs for sure but also did really good outside and the flower looks better. So now i got llarry x sour haze!!! I bet the haze and diesel will provide much stronger branches..

Tres sis 9 trucking along. Terrible burnt leaves on some plants , but first run so learning still. Also, so sticky and stanky a few charred leaves ok.

Might have a 20kg/ month supply agreement for this one already but has to test over 24% [emoji1787]

This whole high thc thing is garbage.

Once we pack our own products we can go with a 20% blueberry and as long as its good will be fine.
