Yeah but who wants carcinogenic Skittles? They could use another dye to get the exact same color. It just wouldn't be as cheap as Red #3.

Week Six

The three older plants are loaded with seed. The last run of Bubba Chunk had one plant seed up,the others were fine. I've seen no evidence of male flowers either time.

Well I didn't want seed from a hermaphrodite or unknown source. No worries. I don't sell and if the bud quality isn't good enough to smoke they can be processed for edible or hash.

Thats a shame about the unwanted seed. I think a hermi would be worse than an unknown source. A hermi breeds hermi, an unknown source could have been a good source, 50/50 shot. Grow a few out and see what ya got. Now hermi pollen from an other source, That would be worse than your own plants going hermi. Do ya have any idea where the pollen came from?

Just fed'm all, late bloom formula. The four sticks are not at all done. I may give them a little sup'n next watering.

I'm getting anxious to begin the next plants, which will be autoflowering (three auto zkittles seeds). I hope I do better with them this term. Meanwhile, I think I'll get a jump on trimming and remove the yellow leaves from the three larger plants. And at the next opportunity I'll fill cups and bags for soil.

Well, the plants are finishing under 12/12 lighting. I start plants with 18/6 or another. Also, no room for more. But when I get one of the plants out of there That will let me put three cups in. If I get to that point I'd run 18/6 and finish the plants under that for a short time, not worrying about them weirding out.

Three teeny Zkittles Auto seedings in cups. Decided to pack in a few more plants so I went to the grow shop and bought seeds. I didn't do well. Paid way over the seed co's web price and I find out that they are not autos at all. So probably first and last seed buy there. But, the variety looks delicious, by my whim. Wedding Gelato. Whimsical because of two really nice plants in the garden this season, London Poundcake x Wedding Tree and All Gas x Gelato. They are both very good smokes, strong and balanced buzz.
So if they all get going, these feminized/reg will grow with the others and I'll put them into bloom when the autos are ripening. I am soaking two seeds.

I hope to overgrow the little closet as I'm tired of gimpy, hard luck cases. Having a stuffed closet would be fine.

Week Ten Bloom

Finishing up here. These will be cut this week sometime. The sticks are nice and hard. The BC bud is airy.
The seedlings (3) Zkittles (2) Wedding Gelato will start their grow thread next Tuesday.

Little weed popsicles! Crazy that they have no side branching. I wonder if that's an effect of the chlorine poisoning... I suppose so. File under "chlorine reduces lateral branching, maybe." I've never dealt with chlorine in my feeds, so I have no clue.
