Forgot to keep updating...
Had a few harvests so far. Each cake is pretty independent from each other. When all the mushrooms get picked off one I soak it in water for a day to rehydrate and then more come out.
Got probably about a half oz dried so far.

Dunking after birthing your cakes, before the first flush, is very effective at improving it too.
 
Seems to be winding down now
One cake had some kind of growth so I tossed it
Another has a deformed one. I think 2 shrooms merged early in growth but not sure
I guess I'll still eat it...

B+ will throw some monsters in later flushes.
Pretty heavy spore dropper too. Do you work with spore prints at all yet?
 
I just did the spore print for fun
The few times I've grown them I just order a syringe and pre sterilized media.
From my recent reading I apparently should have been getting rye instead of the rice flour with the jar method and the only benefit to the rice is that it's easier to sterilize.
 
Ugh, Yah! I kinda figured that about the spore print being on corelle and all. I put mine on card stock.
