Yeah you always got to sift through the pile of porterhouses to find the one with the biggest fillet side. If they don't have a good porterhouse then I'll get ribeye instead.

Those kabobs look good HFM. Are the yellow pieces zucchini?

Thank you! Those are some pineapple bits,stir fry on a stick :)
 
Here's some sirloin seared then basted and rotated til medium rare,taters have garlic,onion,salt and butter.
Anyone catch the eclipse?Crazy ominous colors with some fungi friends! ;)

That's a good looking belly full.
Definitely medium rare is the point.
The eclipse was magical.
Mrs. Fried cried a little.
I put in a leave request in February to catch it.
