I got biscuits and gravy, what y'all got?

I've been cooking a lot more lately.
Made some stir fry today. Similar to Pepper Steak at a Chinese restaurant.

Good and cheap. reasonably healthy.
The key ingredient is the toasted sesame oil at the end. Really kicks up the flavor

Think i gained 5 lbs on my backside just looking at that yumminess!
5 years ago I was living off protein and good fats, collagen, colostrum & testosterone supplements. I was 55 years old and in shape like I was 19...naw better.
300 sit ups a night with 2 30lb dumbbells 3+ miles on my work day 9+ on my 3 days off 30+ chin ups, dips, resistance bands.
I stopped all that.
I need to find a happy medium
Ugh

Nice! That's some deliciousness right there.
This stuff here would go good with that.
I think I could drink this stuff out of the bottle.
It's not really barbecuey really at all.

The Japanese BBQsauce sounds interesting... I sometimes put sirhacha in mine.

Made a cheese steak sandwich with the leftover stir fry ingredients. Left out the carrots but kept the habanero. Used Worshestershire as the sauce. a bit messy to eat but very good

The messier the better I believe usually holds true!

I've also done carnivore on and off and felt amazing doing it. Also played around with testosterone supplements, but prefer to do it naturally now.

Wagyu porterhouse with frites and horseradish cream the other night…. Bottle of Bordeaux snuck its way into the mix. Restaurants are a bit too pricey these days but love buying good food for home. IMG_7127.jpeg
