600 ft of buried pipe, dual six inch can fans one intake and one exhaust. Intake at the top of the house sucks warm air during the day and heats the soil/sand.. not to mention the ground at 8 ft deep is bout 52 year round. So we’ll see how she goes in a week or two. Cold weather coming have a back up heater but hoping the solar battery keeps her warm enough. Exchanges air in the grenhouse 9 times an hour. Few more things to do but coming together.

Its the way to go if you can do it . Very big in Iceland from what I understand .
Are you going with a earth floor ? also unless you have PT wood she will rot out on you in no time .

Another thing i learned is that the metal pipe that goes in to your concrete to hold the greenhouse down will rust unless you cover it in plastic even if its rust proof . The cement just eats it away . Good luck with your project brother if I can help just give me a call.

It worked pretty well, never got below freezing however I did have to add propane heat for the super cold nights below zero. If I had it to do over again I would probably use 24 inch poly culverts for the warm air geothermal sink. I would like to start building these on a commercial level. A person could grow food year round with minimal heating costs.
It was an extremely cold and snowy year here.

Have pruned these multiple times to control them and even out the canopy. Will do some thinning as they progress into flower.

Would love to have a setup like that, I never thought indoor grows would be legal here so there’s still a chance.

Looking great

That's why I bury excess in ice chests.

The new house has a fireplace yes? If you had it to do over, it would be nice to use the exhaust of the f/p incorporated into the buried pipes or a different set of pipes just below the surface thus creating passive heat. May even want to tie that into the house heating system but would probably require some sort of on/off valve thermostatically controlled.

Hey CTG, I'm eyeballing that new list. Clones doing well except the AITR. She's 2" tall with 10 leafsets. Hoping she'll pull out with time. MCK got one to clone, others meh. Shrom cloned 100% so have all 5. 2 of the BC and 2 Haw. Hanging on to the BLR and cloning the hell out of her. Packed my veg tent to the max, all mothers.
Trinity and Blk. Cherry eh? Isn't Riptide a cross to a CBD strain?
I guess I should just call you.
