E-pen and decarbed shatter

So after finding co2 extract and the crappy o2 pens at all the despencarys it sent me on a quest for something I can make myself. So after a lot of time on skunk research I came up with Decarbing absolute amber and trying it in a standard high quality e-pen.

So here we go.

The battery and cart.

And now 4 grams of absolute amber. Some Skywalker og

Decarb on 225 for about an hour or until all activity has stopped.

Then suck it up in a syringe and inject it into the cart. This part can be a little tuff. I have spilled some doing this step. But I'm sure you guys know that already.

Then put the pen back together and enjoy.

Couple things. You have to prime the cart if you put in a new burner. And you can get a air bubble in the cart that can be a bitch until you figure out how to get rid of it. But once you get it primed it is game on. Also since the product has been decarbed it doesn't stink much when you smoke it. Which is very nice. I have had friends pulled over after smoking in the car and the cops never say anything about smell. Enjoy guys hope this help someone as much as it has helped me.

yep yep, that is how we have been doing it......we also found some long needles which made filling cartridges easier..

I have the ends for the syringe also. Man I wish I talked to you before figuring this thing out the hard way. I have always known about the 02 pens but never knew it would work that good in a standard bottomless wick fed tank. Also had never heard that decarbed BHO would work like the C02 extract. I have used e-juce with VG and PG in them along with cannabis extract and they SUCK so bad. Almost so bad that you just end up throwing the crap out.

I have done the same process with crumble and had very little luck making it work in my pen. Might be better this summer when the ambient temperature is higher.

Doesn't take all the Flav out. Still like smoking some good hash. Unlike the VG and PG blends. My friend is making the same thing in a vac oven and decarbing his around 180* and it retains more of the taste. But he is a dabaholic so having him basically ruin his shatter he worked so hard for is kinda like a smack in the face...... :) But my friend is working with spicific strains that retain a crazy terp profile even after being decarbed. Like super lemon flavor from Jilly bean and a couple he won't tell me. But they are super tasty. All yeah and 40 a gram.

Thanks GMD..... hope this helps anyone with the need for it. I have chronic asthma and it is one of the only things that doesn't send me running for my inhaler. Don't know why it isn't as bad as a dab rig, but it isn't.

Been having some safety tests ran. Make sure it is safe for me and my buddies.

We have moved onto self feeding sub tanks. You have to be careful when you prime the burner for the first time but other than that these things are killer. You get rips way larger than any nail could ever give. It should come with a warning. Really!!!!!!
