On a related note...

How do the led's that fit in regular light sockets compare to the spiral cfl's?

I am assuming if the color temp is the same (5000k) then they are the same lumen for lumen and are interchangeable in my little side cab with cost being the only difference?

Less heat as well, CFL's throw waay too much heat for the amount of light they produce.
