Russets week 3

Hey guys so my buddy had posted that he had russets week 3 of flower. Any ideas as to what he should do? How he could at least control them or kill asap?
 
add azamax to the water, buy ladybugs as soon as you see webs since a year ago, put oscillating fans on everything and paint some bamboo sticks green and put them around the garden, go in there and clean the mites off the green bamboo stakes with a cloth with alcohol on it, next time wash them with wettable sulphur before you flip them, I also heard about adding crushed aspirin to the water to strengthen the cell walls against pests, anything with high chitosin will do that, earthworm castings and water mixed, a compost tea
