I went to see my friends at DBK Glass today. Some of Dylan's new pieces just left me speechless. These are way out of my price range but he's giving me a great deal on one of his new signature series bongs.

typically, for cleaning, you use boiling water to soak, then empty and use Isopropyl alcohol. soak, shake, and rinse with hot water. Any shape piece.
 
Another tip for cleaning glass is to add OxiClean to the hot water soak, then follow with the isopropyl soak. Pipe cleaners help remove any remaining chunks after the two cleaners have loosened the crud.
