fishmank starts some strange threads and makes some odds posts, but is it really so offensive for him to say he loves and misses his wife????

I find it offensive to go into the café and find pics of naked women, especially when I first get out of bed or am going to bed, when I go there to see how everyone's day is going. so I just stopped going there.

if you don't like posts made by fishmank, perhaps you should not read them.... especially ones he clearly marks with a warning sign.

and is this the wrong forum for him to write in letter format talking about his day and how he is feeling? looks like the best place to me. again, is the café the best place for soft porn? seems to me a separate thread, that would be easy to avoid if not interested, would be better.

and if you find this post offensive or inappropriate, feel free to ban me..... for defending my husband and his right to free speech.

Are we stirring the pot or what. If your hubby needs defending then maybe he should be writing about other things. We don't need attacks on threads or any drama in our lives. :gramps:

if you don't like what you see don't go there...ms.fishk, this is our home, weve been here as an internet family for quite some time...please don't attempt to change what and where we do our thing...it's not our mission to offend but to enjoy what we do...if this isn't your cup of tea try another thread to read...I personally find some of hubbys rants amusing as I'm not right in the head...I can relate but he's a big boy, if his posts are not loved and adored, he needs to deal with it...I find your post to be a little offensive because you come here and want us to change...please understand this is what weve evolved to...your welcome to enjoy or not to...:gramps:
 
My vent....

@mzfish, hubby should keep his private thoughts and messages between the 2 of you. Lots of blog sites out there where he can post his thoughts and cryptic threads all day long. Sorry, this is not what TCC was designed for. Perhaps he should try Facebook if he wants to blog. :rog:
 
I find some of fishmank's posts a bit odd and confusing but hey, I've been known to post some off the wall chit as well..things just pop in the head at a certain time and then you kind of regret you posted it..like Boo said, if no likey then just ignore it and move on..
 
FMK does not offend me but I don't understand half the crap he post!! So I only glance at his posts. I comment on what I want and if I don't I just scroll past.



I can't say I remember seeing any naked ladies! Half naked yes. But not full nude. And I deff don't wanna see half naked men nor fully naked men.



But I also agree if he has a prob he should be the one saying something.

starting a thread in the Cabana News section using a warning emoji with the title "private messages" would indicate that there is an issue with the sites PM system. everyone is going to see the thread. if he wanted the messages to be private, then they should of been sent through PM. he is aware of the PM system.

any comments i make to Fishman are in jest. there are no hard feelings.

in the spirit of equality let me get you ladies started...

On the contrary, the explicitly clear statement of, I certainly don't want to see any male naked bodies, sort of leans that way i thought, so had a bit of fun poking, in good humour, meaning no offense.

I am not asking you to change. I just avoid the threads I don't want to see. that was just an example. fish, however, gets warnings and his threads closed, etc. My point is just what you said... if you don't want to read it, don't. many people do enjoy his insanity and he has made many friends here.
