Brown spots on AC Infinity LED? Safe to use?

Hey everyone! Hope your day is going great!

So i have this small AC Infinity light i use in my 2x2 seedling tent, when i was cleaning i noticed this brown on the fixture, it doesn't wipe off, doesn't smell. Looks like it heated up a lot but i never even used this on 100% before. I wasn't sure if anyone else came across this and is the fixture still safe to even use?
