Bright Green Group of Companies

Looks interesting...I don't understand how they call that sustainable, nor do I understand how they promote the jobs they're gonna bring to the area when it's all automated, but that's how successful business works...I do understand that much. Looks interesting.

Have you observed all three video's? Thank you for your feedback Annaba.

I watched all of the first one, most of the second one, an some of the third...he was kinda goin over the same things. Is that you?
Looks exciting...hella nice facility...looks to be a very nice endeavor. Interesting, no doubt.

No not me, I will be involved in one way or another, from what I know so far I will be a part of construction which will take two years...my dream would be in the MJ Brown Research facility...

I'm guessing all 50 states will have legal medical thc oil by two years time given for construction....

It's a very nice thought, an I hope you're right. Personally, I'm more than a lil concerned bout the new administration...time will tell.
In your opinion, is this new facility gonna be sustainable if the cannabis movement goes backwards? Are the investors countin on cannabis to make or break this endeavor, or can it float either way...in your opinion?

I will answer that question after I am hands on, to put the economics in perspective, funding began, from what I know, with 140 million dollars after the Operations manager met with the CHIEFS( native american tribal chiefs). The day after the Native Elders approval, funding increased to 500 million and that was months ago....my information is limited but not compartmentalized as of yet...I appreciate your interest and I will find the answer if it is not stated on the website or videos released by John Stockwells staff...as of right now I am affiliated with the company that will be working with Dalsem horticulture projects bv...

32 hectares of medicinal greenhouses to be realized in New Mexico
An 81 million US dollar investment is announced by the Bright Green Group to realize a very impressive large scale medicinal production facility in the state of New Mexico. The project involves the retrofitting of an existing 10 hectare greenhouse facility into a propagation operation, while an additional 26,7 hectare of high end Dutch Venlo houses will be constructed as a production greenhouse.

Contracts have been signed and the construction of the project will start in the first quarter of 2016. Parties involved are Dutch greenhouse builder Dalsem, the Codema Group and the Italian supplier of high pressure fog systems Vifra.

This greenhouse structure on George Hanosh Blvd will be revamped into a state of the art propagation facility. The new large Dalsem greenhouse will be build on the other side of the road.

Dalsem Horticulture Projects BV will build the 267,000 sq meter (66 acres) state of the art glass greenhouse and a 16,000 sq meter (just under 4 acres) food grade warehouse facility. Both the greenhouse and warehouse are designed for the flowering production stage, manufacturing and oil extraction of potted type plants. Dalsem informs that local contractors will employ all hourly construction workers from the area to be trained to build the project over a 26 month period. Jan Pieter Dalsem:"I anticipate that from this development our company will be involved in other new projects in this area that will need workers that now have the skills, knowledge and experience”.

The Codema Group, a Dutch developer of total automation for greenhouse potted plants and cultivation systems, has signed contracts to fully automate the entire growing process. They will first install automation in the existing 10 hectare facility for pot filling, seeding/cloning, propagating and developing a seedling to a flowering stage.

Here they will also install machines from Logitec Plus; like a substrate mixing line, transport belts, and coco mills. Codema furthermore has designed special automation for the container grown plants to move around the greenhouse. The system will use robotics to adjust the plant density as the plants develop.

When te potted plants reach the flowering stage, they will move to the new 267,000 sq meter (66 acre) facility on the other side of the road, where they will flower in the greenhouse. After 45 days of specific 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark period, the grow containers will automatically arrive at the food grade warehouse for harvest and subsequent manufacturing and or oil extraction.

Michael Ploeg, Export Manager for the Codema Systems Group: “The system has the capabilities to track and identify the total production from propagation to the finished product. This allows the Bright Green Group to fully retrieve and report information about every single plant. In my opinion and experience this is the only way an operation can be compliant with anticipated laws, rules and regulations that are sure to be imposed by governments and lawmakers as this sector develops”.

Italian manufacturer of high pressure fog systems Vifra Italia Srl, will be responsible for the installment of the adiabatic cooling system. Vincenzo Russo of Vifra; "We have designed a system specially for this type of crop and cultivation method. The use of our system is crucial for the fundamental succes of the operation as the system is used to have better control of the climate in the greenhouse in the extremely sunny, dry climate that the growers have to deal with as the facility is located on 2,000 meter (6,400’) elevation, in Grants New Mexico."

Russo futhermore added that his company considers to open a local North American operation in the City of Grants to facilitate their anticipated sales in Mexico and Canada as well.

@Graywolf :puffpuffpass::wizard::salut: if you could customize plants to produce any cannabinoid profile what would it consist of? If more then one combo, please share whatever your comfortable sharing. Peace and Cosmic grease!

Absolutely no disrespect at all.
Just sharing my thoughts on the project.
Money and greed do funny things to people's minds and that affects their behavior.
And this project is loaded with money.

I have to catch up on the thread post, no offense taken ahead of time, as far as the influence of money.....no doubt and I too will be tested by greed. I have no contract yet and have only made a verbal agreement which still means alot in my world... after I sign a contract I am sure the reality of the challenge will set in.

Thank you Annaba, BigSur and everyone else who is interested in BGG.

I will due my best to be as informative as possible and push as much shit uphill as one can....

This will inevitably be one exciting rollercoaster.

I just hope the Reservation doesn't get screwed.
If history is any lesson , there is a chance the Tribe will end up on the short end of the stick.
I cannot help but think about what happened to the Lakota people when they tried to grow some hemp on the rez so they could bring the unemployment rate down from 80% to 20%....a sad ending for the Lakota's.......

With the Dutch masters overseeing the building of the greenhouse and the Italians taking care of heating and cooling , I hope there are permanent jobs for the Native Americans on the rez after things are up and running.....
The contracts with the Tribe would make interesting reading.....

Yes. It is emperitive that the Acoma remain 1st priority. It would be insane to allow history to repeat itself. The truth will come out and if the truth does not support the tribe, the project will not see its fruition, in my most humble opinion.
