I ran these last year, they were a lot more 'cozy' than the PE varieties I had done previously. Harvest was a pain in the ass, they were so packed in there!

These were from agar, spawn was whole cleaned oats. Substrate is just bucket tek'd coir with some gypsum, no casing. I ran these in 54 qt unmodified monotubs. I have a love hate relationship with this particular style of tub. They are sturdy and great quality but to run unmodified you have to flip the lid upside down for some air exchange and then they don't stack for shit.

Man those are packed in tight! One tek I've seen is to put the tub outside or in the bathtub and fill it with water and the cake floats up so you can harvest more easily. I haven't tried it yet, mostly because I've never gotten such a dense harvest in any tub.

Agree that the lack of "stackability" is a downside, but damn I got tired of taping holes, scraping tape and inserting polyfill, chasing that shit all over when the cat decided to pull it out, lather, rinse, repeat.

I just ended up getting some heavy wire shelving and loading them in there. I can fit two 70? qt tubs end to end or three side by side with some 48" LED shop lights wired underneath each shelf for lighting/heat.
