Stuff to watch on mushrooms...

Nice. šŸ™‚ You a glassblower Knighthawk?
Perhaps you frequented Tokecity before their demise?

A Ralph Bakshi classic...

Midwest mentioned it earlier...and I'm finally getting to it.
Aside from his Lord of the Rings cartoon, this is probably Bakshi's most notable work.
Silly and entertaining....yet serious, with a message...

Back to trippy reality...

I like the National Geographic-esque look of shows/documentaries...
...but I don't really care for the narration.

Before Samsara (2011) there was...

Perhaps all three...one right after the other.

That's funny...

A couple humorous flicks that will make you laugh.

The first, while not exactly a B-movie, is B-movie style...

Mars Attacks! (1996)

The second is more colorful and wild...more action oriented.
Found it quite by accident, and was so glad I did.
Fukking awesome flick. (y)

Badass Bitch: Milla...

We've already listed her first venture into this moniker...
...The Fifth Element, in the opening post.
She is best known for the Resident Evil series...

Resident Evil (2002)

Trailer:

The first three are not quite up to snuff to be a good tripping movie...

Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004)

Trailer:

...but it is a chronological storyline, so I'm including them...

Resident Evil: Extinction (2007)

Trailer:

...in case you want to watch them beforehand, to be up on the story.

But it's the last three that have the right "look" to them...

Resident Evil: Afterlife (2010)

Trailer:

...the coloring is better...it pops more...

Resident Evil: Retribution (2012)

Trailer:

...the cinematography gets better...

Resident Evil: The Final Chapter (2016)

Her best movie to watch while tripping though...
...is probably this one...

Live action of anime...

...another great series.
I've been aware of the anime series and movie, as they are quite popular...
...been looking for dubbed versions so I don't have to read subtitles...so far no luck.
But I stumbled across the live action series...in english...

Not sure about anyone else, but horror is not my bag on mushies. Big fan of nature shows.

On a side note, Samsara is also one i'd avoid on the fungi. Unless you like watching live dogs get thrown in garbage trucks and compacted. šŸ¤¢

I've enjoyed the animated Hobbit from the 70s quite a bit.

Peas

While Samsara certainly depicts some stark and possibly uncomfortable realities of life, it does not contain what you have claimed.
But perhaps I am mistaken and have missed that part...please feel free to point out the time at which it occurs in this link...

And speaking of TubiTV, when I was told aboot the service, I found a couple cartoons that made the list...

OH...MY...GOD! šŸ˜®

This tubitv is great...a little demented, but great!

So here I sat, wanting to watch something lighthearted....'comedy', always a good choice for that....usually.
But what I got was rude, crude, violent, and completely politically incorrect.

First up was...

Boogie (2009)

And evidently I'm a glutton for punishment, because I couldn't stop there.
Next up was...

To Your Last Death (2019)

...William Shatner actually does some narration in it...

Not exactly 'funny' cartoons....but entertaining none the less.

A couple of silly, juvenile movies...

While technically graphic novel movies...
...they're at the comic book end of the spectrum.
Added comic book graphics...
...good soundtracks...

Things that make you go....WTF?!?...

Spoof movies can be quite entertaining...
...or quite weird...
...or both.

So what do you get when you mix a Star Trek parody with Snoop Dog?
Something that is quite...

Watched this one for the first time...
...during the peak of my trip...
...fit perfectly.

Badass Bitch: Margot...

We've already seen her pretty little mug in the previously posted movie Terminal...
...but she is better known for her role as Harley Quinn.
The first movie, Suicide Squad, really isn't a very good tripping movie...
...too dark and grey, not enough color...not enough Harley.
But the second movie is probably the best of the three...

Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) (2020)

Trailer:

Full movie:

On the second time around with the Squad, they did a much better job...

I mean, tell me this clip doesn't go completely psychedelic...
