Pork loin, apple wood smoked
Mashed taters,
Asparagus
White 'n pink carrots from the garden
Brown mushroom gravy
'N apple sauce, of course

Nice on the Applesauce there with the leftovers, perfect accompaniment for pork.
Gramps used to make us kids Shake'n Bake pork loin served with plenty of applesauce and a well-baked sweet potato. Meal was a nice standard in his limited repertoire as Gram passed and had done all the cooking prior, save the big birds and roasts.
Your carrots might not have done well this year, but what ya got looks tasty!
