fish with shrimps stuffing

Easy peasy.
Finely dice onion and celery and put it a pan with butter and a little olive oil. Watch the little bits give up their liquid...:wacko:
Onions get translucent.
add finely diced raw shrimps
shrimp gets red.
mix in salt, pepper, italian breadcrumbs.
most of this goes under a fish fillet and the rest on top.
cook it as you prefer. - on oily foil in toaster oven 300º F
 
I forgot... 1/2 tsp of decarbed and finely ground weed in the stuffing per serving. :thumbsup:

I buy frozen, raw shrimp and often thaw and use them a few at a time rather than cook and eat the whole pound.
